The Royal Canadian Legion Branch 296 Poppy Fund Bursary Program provides financial assistance to eligible students from the Harriston and Clifford area who are pursuing post-secondary education. Funded through the annual Poppy Campaign, the bursary helps support the educational goals of Veterans’ children, grandchildren, and other qualifying applicants in recognition of the sacrifices made by Canada’s service members.
